Glimpse from the 50-Mile Ultra Road Race-2023
The inaugural 2023 Kauai 50 was an unforgettable event that challenged runners from around the globe to conquer Kauai’s intense 50-mile course. Beginning under a sky scattered with stars on land, participants pushed through Kauai’s rugged landscapes, including the steep climbs of Waimea Canyon, “The Grand Canyon of Hawaii.”

Prize Money
This challenging race celebrated not only endurance but also accomplishment, awarding $15,000 USD in prize money to the top male and female champions, with a total of $50,000 USD distributed among the top five male and female finishers.

Donations
Additionally, 5% of race proceeds were donated to a local Kauai charity, adding a meaningful purpose to each mile completed. With incredible athletic performances and overwhelming community support, the 2023 Kauai 50 was a powerful testament to courage, camaraderie, and the spirit of Kauai.
